Job Description: Senior Corporate Services Broker
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join the Corporate Services team. This team focuses on partnering with companies that have multiple locations or the potential for growth. In some cases, companies will outsource their commercial real estate needs to the NAI REOC Austin Corporate Services team. Senior Corporate Services Brokers will identify, cultivate, negotiate, and close sales and lease transactions for corporate clients. Business development is a key aspect of the position.
Special Skills:
Strong cold-calling, negotiating and closing skills, positive attitude, strong work ethic, self-starter, proven successful sales experience.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker
• Knowledge of the Austin real estate market is a plus
• Existing book of business is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree
• Texas Real Estate License
