Bob joined NAI REOC Austin in 2011 after relocating from the Phoenix, AZ area where he was regarded as a very experienced and respected office and industrial real estate professional.

Before joining NAI REOC Austin, Bob spent 8 years as a broker in Arizona and 2 years brokering in Dallas, TX selling and leasing commercial real estate properties. He has 37 years of sales and consulting experience in the computer systems/telecommunications industries, working in sales management, marketing, and international marketing. With his technical background, his years of brokerage experience and his ability to understand, analyze and negotiate complex office and industrial leases and sale transactions, Bob is qualified to represent local, regional and multi-national corporate clients. He assists his clients in locating, leasing or acquiring industrial or office space and the marketing and disposition of office buildings or industrial facilities. Having served on the Planning & Zoning Commission and WESTMARC (West Maricopa Economic Development Committees) in Arizona, Bob brings unique perspectives to site selection and entitlements.

Bob’s clients call upon him for representation and assistance in locating and acquiring either office or industrial sites and buildings, locating and leasing office space and/or industrial warehousing/distribution space, tenant and buyer representation and lease and sublease negotiation. He also represents landlords in marketing and leasing buildings, developers in marketing and selling buildings, corporate users in locating and acquiring sites and buildings and investors in locating and acquiring properties for investment or portfolios.
